We want you to fall in love with your NoorNaz pieces. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may initiate a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• Item must be unworn, undamaged, and in original luxury pouch & box packaging.
• Damaged in transit or manufacturing defect items qualify for instant free replacement.

2. How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at miaciastudio@gmail.com or WhatsApp our support desk with your Order Number (NN-XXXXXX).
2. Our logistics team will arrange a reverse pickup from your doorstep within 24-48 hours.
3. Upon quality verification at our Jaipur warehouse, your refund or replacement will be initiated immediately.

3. Lifetime Anti-Tarnish Guarantee

All NoorNaz jewelry pieces are coated with 18k Real PVD Gold over surgical grade steel. If your jewelry piece tarnishes or rusts under normal daily use, simply send us a photograph to claim your complimentary replacement.
